Cancellation Policy for Medical Membership Program

Thank you for choosing the Medical Membership Program. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership. This cancellation policy outlines the procedures and terms for cancelling your membership and requesting a refund.

If any of the benefits of the membership have been used your right to cancel is no longer valid

1. Cancellation Request:

1.1. To initiate the cancellation process, you must send a written cancellation request to info@medicalmembershipprogram.com. Please include your full name, membership details, and the reason for cancellation.

1.2. The cancellation request must be sent within 21 days from the date of your membership enrollment.

2. Refund Eligibility:

2.1. If you cancel your membership within the 21-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of the membership fee paid. This refund will be processed with no questions asked or quibbles.

2.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the membership fee. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will verify the details and process the refund.

3.2. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.

4. Membership Termination:

4.1. Upon cancellation and refund, your membership will be terminated, and you will no longer have access to the benefits and services associated with the Medical Membership Program.

5. Exceptions:

5.1. The 14-day full refund policy applies to all cancellations initiated within the specified timeframe, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

5.2. After the 14-day period, refunds will not be provided, and the cancellation of the membership will take effect immediately.
