The Medical Membership Program (referred to as "the Program") offers its members worldwide medical cover, Expat Pay, and global travel insurance. This policy outlines the responsibilities, procedures, and liabilities related to claims made by members for the aforementioned services.
2. Claims Handling:
2.1. Claims Process: All claims for medical cover, the use of Expat Pay, and global travel insurance provided by the Program are to be submitted directly through the Expatriate Group. The Program does not process any claims internally.
2.2. Expatriate Group: The Expatriate Group (accessible at https://www.expatriatehealthcare.com are responsible for handling all claims related to medical cover, the use of Expat Pay, and global travel insurance. They will evaluate and process claims based on their established procedures and policies.
2.3. Member Support: The Program will provide necessary assistance to members in understanding the claims process, accessing the required documentation, and directing them to the appropriate channels for claim submissions. However, the Program does not have direct involvement in the claims assessment or compensation process.
3. Claim Liabilities:
3.1. Liability Holder: All claim liabilities associated with medical cover, Expat Pay, and global travel insurance rest with the Expatriate Group. The Medical Membership Program does not hold any liabilities for claims or compensation.
3.2. Expatriate Group's Obligations: The Expatriate Group is responsible for honouring valid claims within the framework of their own policies and terms. Any disputes or issues related to claims should be addressed directly with the Expatriate Group, as they are the entity liable for claim settlements.

4. Member Responsibilities:
4.1. Accurate Information: Members are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while submitting claims to the Expatriate Group. Any inaccuracies or omissions may impact the claim assessment process.
4.2. Compliance: Members must comply with the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined by the Expatriate Group for claim submissions. Failure to comply may result in claim rejection or delay.
4.3. Disputes and Inquiries: If members have any concerns, disputes, or inquiries regarding the claims process or compensation, they should directly contact the Expatriate Group for resolution.
5. The Program,s Support:
5.1. Assistance and Guidance: The Program will offer support to its members by providing general information and guidance regarding the claims process, terms, and policies of the Expatriate Group. However, the Program does not have decision-making authority or direct involvement in claim assessments or compensation.
5.2. Communication: The Program will maintain effective communication channels with the Expatriate Group to ensure timely updates and information sharing to benefit its members.
6. Disclaimer:
The Program disclaims any liability for claims processing, assessment, compensation, or any related matters. Members are solely responsible for adhering to the terms and policies of the Expatriate Group and addressing any claim-related issues directly with them.
